"Every user must comply with the terms of any license agreement between the
University and a third party which governs both the use of software and access to data."
The terms of use for the cisco VPN client include (but are not limited to) the
following restrictions.
Prohibition on transferring or lending the software to any other person.
The software may only be used whilst a member of the University.
When leaving the University the software must be deleted from your machine.
The US Export Administration Regulations prohibit the export
of US-derived software to certain countries and these prohibitions are
rigidly enforced.

On 15-Oct-2002, the list comprised;
Afghanistan(Taliban), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.
Installation Options
Download from University Website and run installation program
Installation of the client software will display the license agreement
which you must explicitly accept before continuing.
This client is available for all major operating systems with the
exception of pre OS-X Macintosh.
